Facilities available : 24 hrs security, elavator,Playground, Nursery, Mini Market nearby,

Utility Bills: To be share out with the rest of accupants.

Simple rules to follow:-

No drinking in the house.
Do not bring any sort of liquors in the house
No stealing
No boys are allowed.

Once caught, U will be asked to leave within 24 hours.
