Office politic is kinda funny. It will be funnier when you as an observer, can read the game without much effort.It is lame, low and dirty game.The using of 'inside information' without feeling any guilt, to make advance movement. But, they preach about the ethics code of conduct all the time (bull sh!+)

But, since this is Malaysia, there is lack of corporate governance, let us forget about Ms Stewert

The Planner:
This is from the upper level management. If only benchwarmers got a gun, the first person that they are going to shoot is the 'the planner'.
They are the one who created the game plan and create the hasty nasty environment.Since they can get access about 'inside information' , they feel that they are ahead of the game. But, they forgot that the other characters, that include bookies, gamblers and the rivals are lurking out there.
The Major Player:
In order to become a major player, some of the criteria:
You must always making fuss about your job of how difficult it is. Make sure that you update PERSONALLY each of the member with the 'speaker mode' voice.
So, a benchwarmer need to hear the same thing ..lemme calculate... 10 members * 10 times same story = 100 times u need to hear the same story. Seems like 24/7.
The performance measured by the efficiency of the 'speaker mode' retention. Oh, I forgot, u also must have a big laugh. Make sure that The Planner jokes being appreciated accordingly.
The duty of the banchwarmer is nodding and if got chance, this is the group who deserve 'shadowless slap'. If you fit the criteria, congratulations!!! you are the major player. We really need in this game.
The Benchwarmers:
As usual, a benchwarmer will always observe, hopefully without being noticed by the big player.Playing innocent game require certain level of skill (deserve an Oscar)and, of course, you will forever and ever being underdog in the game.The benchwarmers still love playing wide eyed innocent and contented.
The benchwarmer do not have heart to be a player coz normally they are really sucks in kissing...@ss kissing I mean hehehe
