Yes, you can always start the war, but you will never end it as you like. Its proven by the world history. Let us see few examples here.
Vietnam war:1959-1975
Maybe US started this as their expensive hobby, but reaching 1971, US economy went into crisis. The country do not have any money to support the war. They started printing more money. What was the impact?? The whole world need to pay for it. The money no longer valuabe as gold and internation financial system went chaos. Do you think US wanted this? Nope...but, US don't have the power to stop the war when they went into crisis.
Iraq war: 1993- now
Yes, we are part of the world history. We were there when Tomahawk and Scud were flying around. As usual, the whole world needs to pay for it. 2007 financial crisis is part of the creative way US generating the money. But, their country is suffering. They need money to inject the companies in order to sustain during the financial crisis. US unemplyment rate went skyrocketing and dont talk about inflation. Do you think Obama don't have second thoughts to pull out US army from Iraq or Palestine? Unfortunately, they can't stop the war eventhough they have no money to support their No.1 hobby.
So my friends, whenever you think that you want to start the war, pls think about the consequences. Whether you have enough resource if the war sustain for a longer period than you expected.
